Task Configuration & Route Presetting
The operator presets the transport route from the raw material area to the welding station via the intelligent coding control system.
The custom bracket is pre-installed on the AGV platform. Its recessed ends match the workshop hoisting tool dimensions, ensuring no displacement risk after steel plates are placed.
Autonomous Loading & Startup
The hoisting device in the raw material area places steel plates onto the AGV bracket. The bracket's recessed structure aligns with the hoisting tool's positioning pins, enabling fast and precise docking.
In-Transit Monitoring and Adaptive Adjustment
The AGV travels along the preset route. The laser dead man's stop system monitors obstacles within a 5 meters range in real time, automatically slowing down if personnel intrude.
If temporary route changes are needed (e.g., due to process adjustments), the operator manually intervenes via the remote control. The lithium battery power system supports flexible mid-journey steering and speed adjustments.
Endpoint Docking & Automatic Unloading
Upon arrival at the welding station, the AGV aligns with floor markers via the coding positioning system (error ±5mm), triggering the audible and visual alarm lights to signal the hoisting equipment.
The welding station hoisting tool automatically grips the steel plate. The bracket's recessed design ensures the hoisting tool hooks engage precisely, requiring no manual intervention throughout the process.
Autonomous Charging & Task Cycling
The unloaded AGV can return to the charging area based on system commands, utilizing the automatic charging station for autonomous charging. This supports the AGV system's flexible scheduling, enabling 24/7 continuous operation. Simultaneously, LED display screen monitors the AGV's battery level, operation hours, and component status in real time, providing early warnings for maintenance needs.
