Product Introduction
The 3 tons trackless AGV features a backpack-type design, which can stably carry various materials and molds, meeting the handling needs of items of different specifications in the production workshop.
In terms of operation accuracy, it reaches ±10mm, ensuring that materials can be accurately delivered to the designated position and reducing the trouble of manual adjustment.
Equipped with 360 degrees rotating mecanum wheels, the AGV has extremely high flexibility. It can easily handle steering in narrow passages and shuttling through complex paths, greatly improving the passing ability in complex environments such as workshops.
Accessory Functions
- Remote control + touch screen: Supports remote control operation, facilitating operators to control the AGV from different positions; the touch screen design makes the operation interface intuitive, convenient for parameter setting and monitoring.
- LASER (270degrees induction - 3-meter gradual stop, 1-meter emergency stop): During driving, it senses the surrounding environment through laser. When an obstacle ahead is detected at a distance of 3 meters, it gradually decelerates; when at a distance of 1 meter, it immediately stops emergently, effectively avoiding collision accidents.
- Abnormal reset - restart logic setting: After shutting down due to abnormal situations, it can reset and restart according to the set logic, reducing fault handling time and improving equipment operation efficiency.
- Backpack-type: Adopts a backpack-type structure, which is convenient for placing various materials and molds, and has a compact structure, occupying small space.
- Accuracy of ±10mm: Has high positioning and operation accuracy, which can meet the scenarios with high requirements on the accuracy of material placement positions.

Application
Startup Process:
Select tasks through the touch screen or remote control, and the AGV automatically scans the QR code for positioning.
Handling Operation:
Place materials on the backpack platform, and the AGV transports them to the target point according to the preset path.
Abnormal Handling:
It automatically stops when encountering obstacles; after removal, click the reset button to continue the task.
Charging Management:
When the battery is low, it automatically switches to the backup battery and prompts for charging, supporting plug-in fast charging.
