Product Introduction
The table size of the AGV is 4000×4000×1000mm, supporting the loading of large volume materials. It adopts a box girder type spliced frame combined with a twill anti-slip tabletop to ensure the stability and safety of handling.
In addition, the vehicle is equipped with practical special accessories, including rotatable rubber wheels, a portable charger, a wireless remote control + intelligent coding control system, a laser dead man stop, safety edges, a three-color warning light, an emergency stop button, a battery level display screen, etc. The lifting rings around the body are compatible with multiple handling methods, and the hydraulic lifting platform and twill flat tabletop further improve the convenience and safety of use.
Structure
The AGV adopts a flat tabletop design, which is simple and elegant and convenient for material placement.
The cast steel spliced frame gives it super strong firmness and stability, providing a solid guarantee for carrying 10 tons of heavy objects.
The four-wheel layout is driven by a DC motor to ensure smooth operation and flexible steering, which can easily handle both straight line transportation and complex path steering.
The AGV is also equipped with a wireless remote control + intelligent coding control system, combined with an LED display screen to monitor the AGV's operating status in real time.
