The transfer cart consists of two main components: a rail cart and a detachable platform with a central groove. The main component operates on a complex intersecting track, responsible for long-distance transport between the warehouse and various workstations. The central groove platform, equipped with an independent drive system, operates independently on roller conveyors, enabling precise material docking and positioning. This modular design ensures both stability during long-distance transport and high-precision docking between multiple workstations, significantly reducing manual handling and transfer steps.

The structural design of this rail transfer cart incorporates an intelligent control system and high-quality, precision components, creating an efficient, coordinated operation system. The cart frame is welded from high-strength steel, ensuring durability for long-term operation. The drive system, consisting of a high-torque motor and reducer, ensures smooth operation when navigating between straight tracks and roller conveyors. The central groove section can independently dock with the roller conveyor, automatically adjusting its operating rhythm based on material weight and conveying speed, achieving precise synchronization with the warehouse's roller conveyor.

The cart's control system, equipped with a PLC intelligent control platform, combines positional audio and visual warning lights, limit switches, and an emergency stop button to monitor and adjust the operating path and docking position in real time. When the groove section coordinates with the main body, the system automatically distributes power and operates in a "lock first, convey later" manner, preventing material slippage and impact. It is precisely this precise coordination between various components that enables the cart to maintain efficient and stable operation in the complex environment of a semi-automated warehouse.
