Super Long Ferry Transfer Cart Delivered Successfully
Recently, the ultra-long rail-operated material ferry customized by our BEFANBY company for Beijing intelligent manufacturing enterprises has been successfully debugged and officially put into use, marking that the internal handling system of the enterprise workshop has taken a step further towards intelligence. The ferry uses the track as the running path to realize efficient material transportation between long-distance workstations. It effectively solves the transportation between long-distance places.
This project is tailored according to the customer's on-site working conditions and production technology. The ferry runs between two main line tracks and is responsible for transporting materials back and forth between different workstations and production lines. Since the customer's materials are large in size and weigh more than 3.5 tons per piece, we designed a widened and lengthened table structure for it, and used high-quality reinforced steel plates as raw materials to ensure high-strength load-bearing requirements. The vehicle operation system adopts variable frequency control and is equipped with a precise positioning device to ensure that the vehicle accurately docks the material delivery at the docking point.
- Track system
Adopt high-strength cast steel tracks, embedded in the ground, to adapt to the layout of different work scenes. The track can be laid according to the operation route, supporting complex paths such as straight lines, curves, and cross lines to meet multi-directional and multi-site transportation needs.
- Drive and control
AC motor + variable frequency drive, stable operation, precise docking, and speed can be adjusted according to actual operation. Support docking with MES system to achieve intelligent scheduling and remote monitoring.
- Intelligent safety protection
Equipped with laser obstacle avoidance + emergency stop system, it automatically slows down or stops when encountering obstacles to ensure safe operation. The vehicle body is equipped with a three-color warning light, and the different states of the transfer cart can be seen according to different colors.
