The client's production workshop features a diverse array of interconnected production lines and a compact layout of workstations. Traditional handling modes—relying solely on single-track railcars or forklifts—presented numerous bottlenecks:

Inability to precisely interface with multiple workstations and multi-tier storage racks, resulting in low transfer efficiency;

To comprehensively resolve these internal logistics challenges and achieve fully automated, unmanned material handling throughout the entire process, we designed and customized a high-end master-slave railcar system specifically tailored to the client's on-site operating conditions.

The system employs a modular "Master Cart + Slave Cart" architecture:

Master Cart:Responsible for rapid, long-distance transport along the main track; it handles the primary "trunk line" logistics—moving materials across multiple workstations and distinct zones—thereby significantly boosting the efficiency of long-haul transfers.

Slave Cart:Capable of detaching from the Master Car to operate independently; it can navigate deep into production lines, automated storage systems, and multi-tier racks—even within confined spaces—to execute precise material pickup and placement tasks. This capability perfectly resolves the common pain point where large-scale handling equipment is unable to access compact workstations, thereby achieving comprehensive "trunk-and-branch" coverage across the entire logistics chain.

  1. Lift-Type Structure: Precise Integration with End-to-End Production Lines

The shuttle cart is equipped with a customized lifting mechanism, enabling it to automatically execute material loading and unloading operations on racks based on specific workstation requirements. It achieves precise alignment with conveyor lines, material racks, and other equipment at varying heights:

It facilitates automated material loading and unloading without the need for manual adjustment, ensuring a docking precision of ±2mm and preventing material damage caused by collisions or impacts;

It meets the storage and retrieval requirements of multi-tier racks and automated vertical warehouses, capable of directly lifting and transferring entire racks without the need for auxiliary equipment—thereby significantly simplifying the production line layout.

  1. Intelligent Control System

This RGV transfer cart features multiple layers of safety protection—including anti-collision sensors, emergency stop buttons, audible and visual alarms, and limit protection mechanisms—to comprehensively safeguard both equipment and personnel;

It supports seamless switching between manual and automatic modes, allowing for flexible adaptation to unique operating conditions during production and ensuring the continuous, uninterrupted operation of the production line.
