Regarding load-bearing capacity: The maximum load of this rail transfer trolley is 13 tons, which can meet the needs of heavy-duty handling.
Regarding docking: To ensure the accuracy and safety of docking, this rail transfer trolley adopts a double-layer design. The bottom layer is a transfer trolley powered by a maintenance-free storage battery. The platform of the transfer trolley is equipped with a rail that facilitates the operation of the upper trolley. The rail can be kept at the same horizontal line as the shelf of the vacuum furnace, and the dimensions are consistent. The side of the rail transfer trolley is equipped with a docking rail frame that is consistent with the running rail, which can be automatically flipped to achieve accurate docking and improve the accuracy of the work. The upper layer of the product is a rail transfer trolley powered by a mobile cable. The trolley is equipped with an automatic rotating coupling that can automatically connect with the bracket of the towed workpiece, realizing the intelligent upgrade of the entire handling process.
Regarding the operation mode: The rail transfer trolley is controlled by a remote control, which can increase the distance between the staff and the actual working conditions. All automated components can be operated, making the operation more convenient.
Regarding safety: A laser device that automatically stops when it detects a person is installed on the side of the rail transfer trolley. It can sense foreign objects within a fan-shaped area of 3-5 meters and immediately cut off the power to reduce losses caused by collisions and other factors. At the same time, the rail transfer trolley is also equipped with an audible and visual alarm light that will emit a sound during operation to remind the staff to avoid it, improving the overall safety of the workplace.
This rail transfer trolley, specially designed for handling workpieces in vacuum furnaces, can achieve long-distance transportation within the designated area. When the rail transfer trolley reaches the docking point of the vacuum furnace, it can lower the automatically flipped rail frame to accurately dock with the track inside the vacuum furnace. With the help of the automatic coupling of the upper trolley, the loading and unloading of workpieces can be realized. The entire operation is achieved through remote control, resulting in higher work efficiency and safer use.
