Customized Double Set Wheel Transport Rail Transporter

The core innovation of this new transfer cart lies in its dual independent wheel system. One set of wheels operates on the longitudinal track, while the other is dedicated to the transverse track. This design allows the vehicle to function as both a longitudinal and transverse vehicle. Without the need for an external turntable, it can freely navigate a pre-installed crisscross track grid, achieving true point-to-point precision transport within a two-dimensional plane.

A manual hydraulic lever system on the vehicle allows the operator to easily switch between wheel sets, enabling the vehicle to smoothly operate on both longitudinal and transverse tracks, flexibly connecting to multiple production lines or workstations and enabling automated logistics transfers in complex working conditions.

In terms of power and structure, the vehicle utilizes a high-strength steel frame, ensuring stability under high loads and continuous operation. The vehicle is equipped with an intelligent control system that interfaces with the production line's information system for precise scheduling and automated navigation. Furthermore, the RGV railcar can be equipped with various optional features, such as a roller table, pallet support, or hydraulic lift platform, to accommodate the handling of a variety of materials, including steel pipes, coils, molds, and fixtures.
