350T Hydraulic Lift Rail Transfer Cart

This rail transfer cart is designed for heavy-duty operations. The customer required a load capacity of approximately 350 tons, making it capable of easily handling heavy equipment, containers, steel structures, and other heavy materials. The vehicle's structure utilizes high-strength welded steel plates (jointed steel sections) and has undergone rigorous testing and experiments to ensure stable operation even under high loads. A hydraulic lift system installed between the two levels of the vehicle allows for smooth docking between loading and unloading platforms at different heights at the port, significantly improving operational flexibility and loading and unloading efficiency.

This transfer cart utilizes a mobile drag chain power supply, tailored to the specific rail layout of the customer's terminal. Equipped with a reliable electric drive and safety control system, it features safety features such as anti-collision buffers, audible and visual alarms, and an emergency stop button to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the busy port environment. The entire project process, from design and production to testing and installation, was carried out in strict accordance with international standards, meeting export quality and safety requirements.
