13 Ton Rail Transfer Cart for Intelligent Handling in High Temperature Foundry Workshops
In vacuum furnace workshops with ambient temperatures reaching up to 65°C, traditional rail transfer carts suffer from limited battery life, and their metal components are prone to deformation under high temperatures. Manual operations also pose multiple risks, including mold drops.
Our custom 13 ton rail transfer cart, powered by batteries, is constructed with a box girder frame. Equipped with a laser anti-collision system resistant to 800°C, it ensures safe operation in vacuum furnace areas.
The three-color warning lights work in tandem with the wireless remote control system, allowing operators to precisely control the hydraulic lifting device and automatic turnover arm from a distance of 15 meters, completely eliminating the risk of high temperature radiation during mold loading and unloading.

The customized rail system of the equipment offers excellent adaptability:
The bottom rail transfer cart is fitted with cast steel wheels and fixed clamping slots, capable of stably transporting multiple sets of large molds with a load capacity of 13 tons.
The automatic turnover ladder of the upper towing cart achieves millimeter-level alignment with the vacuum furnace inlet, while the drag chain system ensures the cables remain durable in 150°C high temperature zones.
The portable charging pile, combined with the battery level display screen, enables real-time monitoring of the transfer cart's power, completely alleviating range anxiety in high temperature workshops.

After three months of testing, this equipment, leveraging its intelligent coding control system, has reduced the handling cycle to 8 minutes per operation, cutting energy consumption by 40% compared to the previous manual mode. Setting a benchmark for intelligent upgrades in high temperature and heavy load scenarios.
