This material handling vehicle uses a high-performance battery as its power source, providing up to 8 hours of operation. Paired with an efficient DC drive motor, it delivers stable, low-noise power output. Compared to fixed power supply handling vehicles, it has the following significant advantages:
Fully autonomous movement: Does not rely on track power systems or cable dragging, freeing it from frequent charging constraints. It can operate flexibly on various track types (S-shaped, curved, etc.), offering strong layout flexibility.
Start-and-stop responsiveness, easy operation: The cart responds quickly when starting and is easy to control, making it particularly suitable for environments that require frequent starting and stopping, multiple loading and unloading points, and precise stopping locations.

High protective barriers ensure transportation safety
To address potential issues of slipping or collision of small-tonnage materials during transfer, we have specially designed added protective barriers on the platform. Sturdy panel-style barriers are installed on both sides of the vehicle, with height customized according to the customer's on-site application. This effectively prevents materials or small workpieces from accidentally falling during transport.
Stable load platform: The platform surface can be equipped with anti-slip steel plates or additional anchor points to further ensure the stability of goods during movement.
