Product Introduction
This 2 ton rail transfer cart is powered by a mobile cable, with no time limit for use. Its running distance can reach 20 meters.
The box girder type frame made of cast steel endows it with excellent high temperature resistance. It is not only wear-resistant and durable but also not easy to deform.The body size of the transfer cart is approximately 2200*2200*1000mm. It is equipped with 2 AC variable frequency motors, providing strong power and stable operation.
The cart is equipped with an LED display screen, a remote control + intelligent coding control system, a three-color audible and visual alarm light, an emergency stop button, as well as shock absorption and anti-wear rubber rings and other configurations, ensuring both operational convenience and safety. The product is customized according to the actual needs of customers, meeting the actual production requirements.
Innovative Structural Design
Double-layer Modular Architecture:
Lower layer: The cable-powered rail transfer cart is equipped with anti-wear rubber rings inside to reduce rail wear and extend its service life.
Upper layer: The self driven roller table is supported by a suspended iron frame and can independently complete material conveying, achieving the dual functions of "movement + transmission".
Shock Absorption and Buffering System: The AC variable frequency motor is combined with shock absorbing buffers design to ensure stable operation under heavy loads and avoid material jolting.
