Low Voltage Rail Powered RGV Enables10 Tons Mold Transfer
Recently, a 10 tons low voltage rail powered RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle) designed specifically for Mold Transfer in production workshops has been launched. Addressing pain points such as low efficiency, poor environmental adaptability, and instability in long distance transport of other material handing equipment, it offers an efficient solution through innovative technology and intelligent configurations tailored for mold transfer scenarios.

Product Structure
The RGV features a cast steel spliced frame to ensure stability under heavy loads. An upper-level pair of mobile cable powered rail transfer carts equipped with tow hooks enables a 10 tons carrying capacity. It is integrated with an intelligent coding control system and a laser dead man stop safety device.
Advantages
Usability: The 10 tons low voltage rail powered Rgv System operates via continuous power supply from low voltage conductive rails laid on the ground, enabling 24/7 uninterrupted operation, completely eliminating charging limitations and range anxiety associated with traditional battery powered equipment.
Innovation: The rail guided vehicle integrates an upper-level pair of mobile cable powered rail transfer carts, paired with a detachable tow hook device. This allows direct docking with mold workstations on production lines, achieving fully automated transfer from injection molding/stamping lines to heat treatment or firing zones.

Application
In production workshop applications, operators issue commands via wireless remote control or a central dispatch system, prompting the RGV to travel precisely along preset tracks to mold storage points.
After the tow hook automatically couples with the mold carrier, the mold is smoothly transferred to high temperature firing zones through the upper-level carts' maneuvering. Warning lights and laser anti-collision systems operate in real-time throughout the process, ensuring stable system performance even in workshop environments with temperatures exceeding 50°C.
