Hydraulic Lift Trackless Transfer Cart: Smart Upgrades for Cross-Area Transportation
Recently, a battery powered trackless transfer cart with a load capacity of up to 30 tons was officially put into operation at a large mold manufacturing plant, successfully solving the industry's challenge of transporting heavy molds between workshops and warehouses.

The core advantage of this cart lies in its seamless integration of sturdy construction and intelligent design.

The cart's body is constructed from a high strength cast steel frame, ensuring structural stability and resistance to deformation even under a maximum load of 30 tons.
The hydraulic lift platform allows for precise lifting and lowering of the platform, easily aligning molds with production lines or workbenches at varying heights, significantly improving operational efficiency.

Intelligent Control, Trackless Travel
The operator uses a wireless remote control to precisely control all cart movements, including hydraulic lifting, from a safe distance. Audible and visual warning lights and indicator lights automatically operate to alert nearby personnel. A laser collision avoidance system (Dead Man Stop) and safety touch edges provide a dual, active and passive safety net to ensure safety.

Powered by high performance batteries, the cartcompletely breaks free from the constraints and distance limitations of pre-buried tracks. Its specially designed 360 degrees, freely rotating polyurethane wheels provide exceptional steering flexibility, enabling it to maneuver effortlessly through tight spaces and easily adapt to the complex routes within the Mold Factory.

This 30 tons trackless transfer cart has become a critical link in our production line. Not only does it solve the problem of difficult transportation for our heavy molds, but its flexible cross-regional capabilities have also increased our handling efficiency by over 50%.
