Customized Rail Transfer Vehicle Solves High Temperature Workpiece Transfer Challenges
Recently, Befanby's independently developed 10 tons customizedrail transfer vehicle for high temperature workshops was officially delivered to a customer and put into production.
This equipment is specifically designed for the movement and transfer of furnace doors in high temperature workshops. With its high-temperature resistant design, intelligent reversing control, and hydraulic lifting docking technology, it effectively solves the operational challenges of multi-station coordinated transfer of furnace doors in high-temperature workshops.
Customized Structure
The rail transfer vehicle measures 4500×2200×3000mm and has a rated load capacity of 10 tons. The frame is made of cast steel and welded using a box-beam structure. The structural components are annealed to effectively prevent deformation under high-temperature conditions.
One side of the transfer vehicle's platform has a recessed structure, with two brackets near the ground to support the furnace door. The equipment moves along longitudinal and transverse rails, precisely delivering the furnace door to the corresponding workstation according to the production rhythm. The hydraulic lifting platform allows for flexible height adjustment, achieving seamless docking between the furnace door and the furnace body.
New Design
The undercarriage features a hydraulic lifting system, coupled with steering wheel-like wheels, allowing for 90-degree rotation and enabling the vehicle to freely switch directions between crisscrossing tracks.
The rail transfer vehicle is equipped with a wireless remote control and intelligent coding control system. Encoders measure wheel rotation in real time, achieving precise positioning and station identification.
The vehicle body is equipped with audible and visual warning lights and an emergency stop button. Automatic warnings are issued upon encountering obstacles during operation, ensuring comprehensive operational safety.
The Transfer Vehicle is heavy duty, stable, highly efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. Powered by batteries, a single charge provides 8 hours of operation, meeting the needs of daily high temperature furnace door relocation and workshop material transfer, improving the handling efficiency.
