This transfer vehicle adopts a steering wheel-like structure with four-motor drive, where each wheel is independently controlled, enabling 360° free rotation. It can flexibly navigate complex routes without the need for laid tracks. The polyurethane wheels are wear-resistant, protecting the ground, making it particularly suitable for workshop environments.

Heavy Duty Stability with Intelligent Loading and Unloading
The cast steel spliced frame ensures large capacity. Equipped with a hydraulic lifting platform, it can accurately dock with workstation brackets, realizing autonomous loading and unloading of molds and significantly reducing manual intervention. The dual-safety design of wireless remote control and laser Dead Man Stop ensures safer operation; acoustic-optical warning lights and emergency stop buttons further guarantee the safety of human-machine collaborative work.

High Temperature Resistance and Long Battery Life for Harsh Working Conditions
Powered by a large capacity battery, it has no distance restrictions during use and features high temperature resistance.

Application
This transfer vehicle is especially suitable for transporting large molds in production workshops and factories. It moves between different workstations, each equipped with a bracket at the same height as the transfer vehicle. The transfer vehicle directly reaches the center of the bracket, and the autonomous loading and unloading of molds is achieved through the lifting function of the hydraulic lifting platform.
