5 Tons Battery Powered Trackless AGV for Coil Handling Officially Launched

This AGV features a cast steel welded frame with dimensions of 3200×1800×2200 mm. Its trapezoidal body design is optimized for coil loading and unloading, providing stable support for 5 tons loads while streamlining the handling process.

The Trackless design eliminates the need for rail installation, and its high temperature resistance allows it to adapt to complex workshop environments. Powered by a battery system combined with an intelligent charging station, it enables continuous operation without distance restrictions, while a battery level display provides real-time monitoring of power status.

In terms of intelligent features, the AGV is equipped with 360-degree free-steering wheels for flexible navigation through complex workshop routes. Remote control and intelligent coding, integrated with an LED display screen, ensure precise and intuitive operation. 

Safety is reinforced with multiple layers of protection, including laser dead man stop, front and rear safety bumpers at the base, and audible-visual alarms, effectively preventing operational accidents.
