In production workshops, this transfer vehicle can perform long distance linear movement. With a body size of approximately 5000*1200*500mm, it fits the dimensions of the molds being transported.

Controlled via wireless remote and intelligent coding systems, the vehicle is also equipped with a three colors warning light to remind staff, allowing real-time monitoring of its usage in the workshop and ensuring operational safety.

Strong Safety Performance

In addition to the three colors warning light, the transfer vehicle is optionally equipped with safety edges and a laser dead man stop.

The safety edges cut off power immediately upon contact with external objects, reducing damage to materials and the vehicle caused by collisions.

The dead man stop features a 270° detection range with a distance of 1-3 meters; the closer the detection, the faster the autonomous stop.

Precise Docking

The vehicle’s tabletop adopts a self-driven roller design, with dimensions matching the items being transported. In addition to remote control, it can achieve functions such as fixed-point docking through an intelligent coding system, ensuring smart operation.
