Super-Strong Structure, Precise Load-Bearing
The transfer cart features a box-girder frame measuring 4000 x 2200 x 800 mm. Made entirely of cast steel, it offers high temperature resistance and exceptional stability.
Equipped with a dual horizontal and vertical wheel system, it enables flexible longitudinal and lateral movement, breaking the one-way limitations of traditional rail carts.
Hydraulic lift platforms at the front and rear of the platform automatically adjust their height, enabling precise alignment with the production line and automated loading and unloading of water pump molds.
Intelligent Control, Safe and Efficient
Through a wireless remote control and PLC control system, operators can remotely monitor real-time operating data (load, battery level, speed, etc.) on an LED screen, achieving millimeter-level precision positioning.
Laser dead man stop and audible and visual warning lights provide multiple safety features, stopping the machine immediately upon encountering an obstacle, significantly reducing the risk of manual operation.
