Large Capacity Motorized Rail Transport Cart
This 10 tons motorized rail transport cart uses a cable reel power supply system. During operation, the cable automatically retracts and extends, providing a continuous and stable power supply without time limitations. The platform size is approximately 5000 x 2200 x 600 mm, capable of meeting the transportation needs of large molds and heavy workpieces.
The motorized rail transport cart features a flat platform design, facilitating mold placement and loading/unloading. Combined with a box-girder frame structure, it improves overall load-bearing capacity and operational stability. The cart supports customized track solutions and can be flexibly configured according to the workshop layout to adapt to the handling needs between different production lines.

To maintain long-term stable performance under high duty conditions, this equipment employs high-standard configurations in both its mechanical structure and electrical components:
Box Girder Frame and Flat Platform: The chassis frame utilizes a box girder structure with extremely high impact and deformation resistance, combined with a fully flat steel plate platform, ensuring even stress distribution and easily supporting concentrated loads of up to 10 tons or localized off-center loads.
Cast Steel Wheels: The running wheels are made of specially designed cast steel, offering high wear resistance and a high coefficient of friction, effectively preventing slippage and extending the service life of the rails and wheels.
Power System: Current is transmitted via cable, equipped with a magnetically coupled or spring-loaded drum. The core cable guide and conductor posts automatically and neatly arrange the cable on the drum, preventing slippage, knots, excessive pulling, or crushing wear during operation.
Safety Protection Devices: The motorized rail transport cart body is equipped with audible and visual warning lights as standard, alerting surrounding personnel to take cover. Emergency stop buttons are located at both the front and rear of the vehicle, enabling one-button emergency braking in case of emergencies, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

4/7 Unrestricted Operation: Powered directly and continuously by a cable reel, with no time restrictions. Completely eliminates the drawbacks of slow battery charging and insufficient range, supporting continuous, high-intensity production operations around the clock.
Stable Operation and Durable Wear Resistance: Key transmission components throughout the motorized rail transport cart possess excellent fatigue resistance, and the box girder frame ensures the cart body will not deform under long-term loads of 10 tons.
Green and Environmentally Friendly: Utilizing pure electric drive, it achieves zero emissions and low noise, perfectly meeting the stringent environmental requirements of industries such as precision mold manufacturing, automotive assembly, and electronic components.

In actual industrial settings, this motorized rail transport cart is widely used for cross-section transfer between mold warehouses and production lines in stamping workshops, die-casting workshops, etc. During operation, operators only need to issue commands via a wireless remote control or wired follow handle.
The cart starts smoothly and safely transports the mold to the target workstation along a predetermined track of 0-200 meters. During this process, the cable guide works synchronously with the transport vehicle's movement speed, automatically rewinding or releasing the cable.

The core design of this product revolves around three key industrial manufacturing principles: safety, durability, and simplicity. We understand that downtime maintenance of heavy duty material handling equipment incurs significant time costs for businesses.
Therefore, we have eliminated redundant and complex electrical systems, adopting a more stable direct cable power supply solution combined with a modular component layout. This approach aims to maximize transport efficiency while minimizing failure rates and long-term maintenance costs, assisting manufacturing companies in achieving low-carbon and energy-efficient upgrades to their workshop logistics.
