In coal-fired power plants, steel mills, and other coal slag-generating sites, the device is operated by a wireless remote control (with an effective range of 50 meters) and travels along a pre-set track to the coal slag storage area. The hydraulic lift platform automatically lifts the slag after it rises, alerting nearby personnel with a three colors audible and visual warning light during operation. Upon reaching the processing area, the upper carriage tilts 30° to complete unloading. This process requires no human contact, reducing transfer time by 60% compared to manual push carts.
