This rail guided vehicle has no operating distance restrictions and can accommodate various spans. The frame is primarily constructed of cast steel, offering high temperature resistance. Vehicle powered by high capacity batteries and equipped with a portable charging device, it enables 24 hours continuous operation.
With a platform size of approximately 4000×2000×800 mm, it can support a load of up to 105 tons and offers outstanding high temperature resistance, making it particularly suitable for high temperature, high load environments such as spray painting lines in pump plants. Its vertical and horizontal dual-wheel system and intelligent control enable precise docking and automatic loading and unloading, ensuring easy operation.

Actual Usage
Instructions During mold handling on the spray painting line at a water pump factory, operators conveniently activate the RGV.
Utilizing the automatic loading and unloading function, molds are placed on the customized platform. The RGV, utilizing the vertical and horizontal dual wheel systems, maneuverably moves along the rail, using precise docking technology to transport the molds to the designated location.
During operation, audible and visual warning lights operate, an emergency stop button is always on standby, and the battery level indicator and LED display provide relevant information. The platform height can be adjusted using the customized dual hydraulic lift platforms. This vehicle completes over 20 mold transfers daily, requiring no manual intervention and avoiding the arduous labor involved in high-temperature environments.
