How Can We Achieve Truly Intelligent of Workshop Logistics?
This intelligent RGV material handling vehicle adopts a high-strength body structure design (box beam structure), with chain conveyors at both ends of the platform, enabling automated docking with different production lines. Through the smooth chain pushing method, materials can be quickly loaded and unloaded, and automatically connected. This significantly reduces errors and safety hazards caused by manual handling, making it particularly suitable for the continuous transport of heavy materials such as steel components, mechanical parts, and palletized goods.

In terms of intelligent control, the vehicle is equipped with a precise point-to-point stopping system. It can perform millimeter-level precise stopping based on on-site control signals and the position of the transported materials, ensuring efficient and stable docking every time. Simultaneously, the RGV can achieve fully automated operation, supports centralized management by a scheduling system, and can seamlessly connect with systems such as turntables and shuttle cars to meet the needs of multi-line collaboration in modern production lines.

Furthermore, this equipment has a load-bearing capacity of 12 tons, easily handling large goods and high-intensity production rhythms. The wheels and drive system, through reinforced design, can maintain stable operation under prolonged high loads, making them suitable for scenarios in metallurgy, automotive manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, and heavy industry.

Currently in operation, this RGV intelligent material handling vehicle will further promote enterprises' upgrade to intelligent transportation, helping to achieve unmanned, intelligent, and standardized material transportation in workshops. In the future, this product series will continue to be developed and expanded according to customer needs, such as adding automatic charging functions, intelligent detection systems, and remote monitoring modules, providing more comprehensive solutions for smart factories.
