The upper trolley uses a mobile cable chain power supply, ensuring stable and reliable power for continuous operation in high-temperature environments. The entire trolley is equipped with a high-performance drive system and high-temperature resistant protection design, allowing for precise operation in the furnace entrance and exit areas and rapid docking with furnace workstations. The cable chain moves with the trolley, adapting to the high temperatures and dust that can damage cables, ensuring long-term stable operation.
The lower platform features an extended platform custom-designed to suit site conditions. Its large-size load-bearing structure facilitates the transport of related equipment and heavy tooling within the furnace. The trolley body uses a high-strength steel welded structure, ensuring uniform stress distribution and high stability, meeting the needs of frequent transport and long-distance transfer of equipment within the high-temperature furnace while prioritizing safety and service life.

The entire system adopts a dual-layer collaborative operation design, making full use of the structural layout to achieve efficient coordination between production cycle and material conveying. The system can be customized according to customer needs in terms of load capacity, platform size, operating speed, and control methods. It is widely applicable to docking production applications in metallurgy, high-temperature welding, and equipment manufacturing, making it an ideal solution for automated and intelligent furnace-front material handling.
