The AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) is an automated transportation device that does not require the laying of tracks and can operate automatically on pre-set indoor and outdoor hard surfaces. The cart uses a magnetic induction device on its underside to identify ground magnetic strip signals in real time, enabling precise direction control and speed adjustment to ensure the accuracy and safety of the transportation path. This model features a specially designed extra-long platform structure, suitable for handling long materials (such as steel pipes, profiles, structural components, etc.). The cart has a strong load-bearing capacity, runs smoothly, and can be configured with different load levels according to actual working conditions, flexibly designed from several tons to tens of tons.
Magnetic navigation systems are one of the core technologies of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) transporters. By laying magnetic strips or nails on the ground, sensors inside the transporter can capture magnetic signals in real time, achieving precise navigation and positioning. This allows for flexible path planning. It is important to note that to ensure high navigation accuracy, the ground must be flat and smooth, and the magnetic strips must be laid strictly according to the plan. While this design places high demands on the ground surface, it can maintain stable operation for a long time in a standardized workshop environment, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
