- Temperature Adaptability: The maximum applicable temperature can reach 45℃, enabling stable operation in relatively hightemperature environments and adapting to various complex industrial ambient temperature conditions.
- Humidity Adaptability: The working humidity range is 25-85%, allowing normal operation in industrial scenarios with different humidity levels and reducing the impact of environmental humidity on the equipment.
- Navigation Method: Adopts QR navigation with precise path planning and positioning capabilities, ensuring accurate travel within the working area and improving handling efficiency and accuracy.

- Servo Drive and Servo Steering Control: Ensure stable operation and flexible, precise steering of the AGV. Whether moving straight, turning or fine-tuning directions, it can be accurately controlled to meet the needs of complex handling routes.
- Remote Control + Touch Screen: Provide diversified operation methods. Operators can either remotely control the equipment through a remote control for long-distance operation, or perform close-range operations and parameter settings via the touch screen, which is convenient and efficient, improving operational convenience.
- LASER Dead Man Stop: This laser sensing device has a 270 degrees sensing range. It starts to decelerate gradually when 3 meters away from an obstacle and stops emergency when 1 meter away, effectively avoiding collision accidents and ensuring the safety of the equipment, surrounding personnel and items.
- Dual Batteries - One Standby with Fast Charging (3-4H): Equipped with dual batteries, one of which is used as a backup to ensure continuous operation of the equipment and avoid work interruption due to battery depletion. It also features fast charging, which can be fully charged in only 3-4 hours, shortening the charging waiting time and improving the equipment's utilization efficiency.
Application
- Preparation Before Operation: Check whether the equipment appearance is intact, the battery power is sufficient, and all components are operating normally. Confirm that the environmental conditions are within the applicable range of the equipment, such as temperature and humidity.
- Selection of Operation Mode: According to actual needs, choose remote control or touch screen operation. For longdistance control, use the remote control; for close range operation or parameter setting, the touch screen can be used.
- Handling Process: Place materials or molds on the backpack-type structure to ensure stable placement. Set the handling route or select a preset route through the operation terminal. The equipment will travel accurately according to the set route by virtue of QR navigation. During travel, the LASER sensing device monitors the surrounding environment in real-time to ensure safety. In case of abnormalities, handle them according to the abnormal reset - restart logic.
- Maintenance: Regularly clean the equipment, check the battery status, and the connection of various components. Perform charge-discharge maintenance on the battery according to the specified time to ensure that the dual batteries always maintain good performance.
