This is a trackless transfer cart powered by maintenance-free storage batteries, with a maximum load capacity of 20 tons. The transfer cart mainly uses polyurethane wheels and does not require the laying of rails. It can be flexibly controlled by a handle or remote control. This transfer cart is applied in production workshops mainly for handling large work pieces, etc.
To ensure safe use, a series of safety devices have been installed on the transfer cart, including a three-color warning light, a safety edge, and an emergency stop button. At the same time, in order to better meet the usage needs at different heights, a hydraulic lifting device has also been installed on the flat surface of the transfer cart. Safety Devices: Three-color warning light, safety edge, and emergency stop button. The three-color warning light represents different operating states of the handling vehicle with different colors. When in operation, it will also flash and make a sound to remind the staff to keep away. The safety edge and the emergency stop button can immediately cut off the power of the handling vehicle through external force contact, reducing losses caused by impacts, etc.
Explosion-proof Devices: The explosion-proof devices of the handling vehicle are mainly installed on the three-color warning light and the electrical box. The existence of the explosion-proof housing can protect the normal operation of the handling vehicle in harsh environments.
Hydraulic Lifting Platform: The platform surface of the handling vehicle can be lifted through control methods such as remote control, and the height can be adjusted to meet the usage needs in different situations.
There are also lifting rings installed on the left and right sides of the handling vehicle, which can perform traction tasks. In addition, an LED display screen has been installed in the electrical box, which can monitor the operating status of the handling vehicle in real time and remind the staff to carry out timely repairs.
