Customized Round Hollow Table Transfer Cart
Recently, our company befanby has officially completed the installation and commissioning of a circular rail transfer cart tailored for a large mold manufacturing company, and it has been successfully delivered and put into use in the paint shop. The equipment is specially customized with a circular hollow table structure. Combined with the customer's material transportation needs, it is designed for efficient docking and transportation of large mold painting and sand leakage processes, which perfectly solves the problems of easy sand accumulation, difficult cleaning, and inaccurate docking of traditional handling equipment in this scenario.
In this cooperation project, the customer has put forward high requirements for the stability of equipment operation and the functionality of the table. In order to meet the actual process of "positioning leakage spraying + sand penetration treatment" required for the mold in sandblasting and painting operations, our technical team uses a customized circular hollow structure table, which is convenient for unobstructed coverage during painting, and ensures that the sand can leak naturally during the sandblasting process, improving the overall operation efficiency and the neatness of the materials. At the same time, in order to achieve long-distance and stable power supply in the workshop, this material handling vehicle uses a mobile drag chain power supply method, which has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. It is particularly suitable for long-distance transportation and places with high environmental requirements (can be used in high-temperature explosion-proof places).
The body size, table shape and electronic control system of the rail transport vehicle are all customized according to the actual needs of customers. The whole vehicle runs smoothly and has strong carrying capacity. It supports dual-mode switching between remote control and handle. It can work back and forth at high frequency on the track and complete precise material handling tasks in coordination with the rhythm of painting and sand leakage stations.
