Customized Multifunctional Roller Conveyor Transfer Vehicle
This transfer cart adopts a safe and stable low-voltage rail power supply system, using a safe low-voltage 48V/36V. The rail and vehicle body carbon brush slider conduct electricity through friction. The power supply is continuous and reliable, with low operating noise and low energy consumption, enabling long-term continuous operation. The vehicle body structure is robust and durable, with a large load capacity. The platform size and load-bearing capacity can be customized according to the customer's actual transportation needs.

The platform is equipped with a hydraulic lifting platform and a hydraulic tilting device, capable of rotating 90°.It allows for multi-angle and height adjustments based on site conditions, effectively improving loading and unloading efficiency and operational safety. Especially in situations with varying material heights and complex loading/unloading line connections, the hydraulic lifting function significantly enhances operational flexibility.

Simultaneously, the vehicle is equipped with a high-precision automatic weighing system that monitors and displays material weight in real time during transportation, helping operators stay informed about the load and ensuring transportation safety. The weighing data can also be networked with a host computer system for data tracking and intelligent analysis, providing reliable data support for the enterprise's digital production management.
The vehicle comes with two independent remote controls:
The first remote controls the hydraulic lifting and tilting actions of the platform, allowing precise angle adjustment and control of the tilting speed, making the aluminum unloading process safer and more controllable;
the second remote controls the movement of the transport vehicle, allowing for flexible control of forward, backward, turning, and stopping, enabling precise long-distance movement.

This equipment is custom-designed for customer production and transportation, and is particularly suitable for aluminum plants, high-temperature steel transfer, and non-ferrous metal smelting production lines. It can operate stably in high-temperature, high-frequency environments, achieving efficient connection between molten aluminum and casting.
