Product Introduction
This "Customized Electric Rail Mold Transfer Trolley" is divided into two parts as a whole. Although the power supply methods of the upper and lower parts are different, both are electrically driven. The lower transfer trolley platform has a running track, which is convenient for the upper trolley to run back and forth and precisely dock with the target rail. Application
As a customized product, this transfer trolley performs the handling tasks of large work pieces between the storage area and the firing area. The product size is approximately 5000*1800*1200 mm. The platform size of the upper trolley is determined according to the work pieces to be handled. The moderate length can firmly stabilize the work pieces on the upper part of the transfer trolley, reducing the occurrence of slipping due to left and right movement and bumps.
This transfer trolley can move vertically and horizontally, realizing the movement task of work pieces from A (firing area) to B (storage area). When the transfer trolley reaches A, the lower transfer cart precisely docks with the firing rack. Through the movement of the upper trolley and the change of the lifting platform, the work pieces can be smoothly transported out. Then the lower cart performs the movement task and reaches B. Through the operation of the upper cart and the change of the height of the lifting platform, the work pieces can be smoothly placed in the appropriate location to complete the handling task.
