Customized 150t Cold Storage Equipment Rail Transfer Cart
Recently, our company successfully commissioned a 150-ton ferry-type rail transfer cart customized for a customer, successfully used in the transportation of cold storage equipment. This successful delivery not only breaks through the technical bottleneck of large-tonnage transportation but also demonstrates its efficiency, safety, and intelligent operational advantages in new work scenarios, providing strong support for the customer's cold chain transportation operations.

The ferry-type rail transfer cart features a "mother car + child car" combination structure. The mother car operates on the main rail track and features an extra-long deck, allowing the child car to maneuver flexibly on the car body. The child car is mounted on the mother car deck and can independently operate between the mother car and the cold storage equipment, enabling precise docking and flexible handling. This double-layer combined transport method effectively solves the challenges of connecting complex workstations within the cold storage and long-distance transportation.

In terms of load capacity, the vehicle is designed to carry up to 150 tons, capable of transporting large cold storage equipment and workstations. The vehicle body is welded from high-strength steel, with optimized load-bearing design and wear-resistant wheels to ensure stability and reliability during long-term operation. The power system utilizes an AC motor, ensuring smooth operation and low noise, in line with modern, green, and environmentally friendly production concepts.

Functionally, the shuttle carrier features multi-station docking and automatic positioning. While operating on the main rail, the carrier can precisely dock at a designated area, while the platform carrier can be flexibly moved and directly interfaced with cold storage equipment, completing the transfer and docking of heavy-loaded equipment. The entire process utilizes automated control and precise scheduling, significantly improving production efficiency.
In terms of safety, the equipment is equipped with multiple safeguards, including anti-collision buffers, emergency stop buttons, audible and visual alarms, limit switches, and electrical overload protection. These safeguards ensure a safe working environment and personnel, even under complex operating conditions. The commissioning of this 150-ton shuttle carrier not only significantly improves customer work efficiency but also marks a new step forward for BEFANBY in future technological research and innovation.
