This transfer cart is constructed entirely of cast steel and has a stable load capacity of up to 12 tons. The trackless design and polyurethane drive wheels enable 360° steering and adaptability to complex routes. The battery pack and portable charging station provide quick charging, eliminating battery life concerns. Eight removable round tube brackets are installed on both sides of the platform to accommodate the safe handling of materials of varying sizes. High temperature resistant electrical components ensure continuous operation and stability even in environments up to 50°C.

Customized table assembly: Eight sets of quick-detachable round tube brackets ensure stable operation and prevent dropped items.
Application
In mold workshops, the operator activates the trackless transfer cart using the wireless handle, places the mold on the table, and manually adjusts the round tube brackets to position it.
After selecting a preset path, the machine automatically drives to the target workstation. Laser sensors scan the environment in real time and apply emergency braking within 0.3 seconds if an obstacle is encountered.
Automatically notify you to charge when the battery level drops below 20% (configurable), and a portable charging station allows for immediate recharging between operations.
