Product Introduction
The trackless transfer cart has a rated load capacity of 1.5 tons. The platform size is customized to 1800×800×600 mm. Powered by a maintenancefree battery and paired with a portable charging station for “plugandcharge” operation, it breaks the constraints of traditional cables and enables continuous duty without time restrictions.
The body is made of cast steel as the base material, offering excellent high temperature resistance to adapt to complex workshop conditions. Operation is via wireless remote control, and polyurethane wheels ensure smooth and stable movement, guaranteeing precise control during material transfer and meeting the safe handling requirements of molds, semifinished products, and other precision items.
Structure
• Cast Steel Splice Frame: Constructed from high strength caststeel sections spliced together, providing strong overall loadbearing capacity and a solid structure to ensure stable operation under heavy duty conditions.
• Customized VType Platform: Transfer cart's detachable V-block is designed to secure cylindrical, curved, and other irregularly shaped materials. After replacing it with a standard flat platform, the cart can handle general material transport, achieving “one cart for multiple uses.”
