Battery Power Supply: Battery power supply offers convenient and unrestricted operation. Long-distance transport on fixed tracks is possible. Combined with a large-capacity battery configuration, it can meet the needs of long-term continuous operation, working continuously for up to 8 hours, improving production efficiency. Furthermore, battery power supply features low noise and flexible operation, making it ideal for applications such as large factories and cross-workshop transport.
DC Motor Drive: The drive system uses a stable DC motor, characterized by smooth start-up, convenient speed adjustment, and high output torque. It can smoothly accelerate and decelerate according to on-site conditions, reducing material swaying during transport and improving handling safety. A variable frequency speed control system can also be configured according to customer needs to achieve different speed control requirements.
To meet the needs of different production environments, the rail-guided transport vehicle can be equipped with multiple operation methods, including handle control and wireless remote control, making it easy to operate.
