Anti-heat 3 Tons Electric Rail Guided Transfer Cart
Product Introduction
The platform dimensions of the electric rail guided transfer cart are approximately 1500×1500×1000mm, featuring a compact structure and stable load-bearing capacity. The platform is covered with refractory material, effectively handling high temperature ladle transport scenarios. The equipment supports customized design, allowing adjustments to dimensions and functions to suit diverse production needs based on different operating conditions.

Structure and Components
Frame
The rail guided transfer cart body adopts a box-beam frame, reinforced with approximately 5cm steel plates welded around the perimeter, resulting in high overall strength and impact resistance. The walking system is equipped with insulated wheels to ensure safety during low voltage operation. The power supply system consists of a ground control cabinet, carbon brushes, and conductive columns, providing stable and continuous power supply.
Functional Parts
The rail guided transfer cart is equipped with a rigid chain lifting device, enabling a lifting height of approximately 1 meter to meet the needs of ladle docking and loading/unloading.
Equipped with a three colors audible and visual warning light, an emergency stop button, and a laser sensor, it provides operational status indications and safety protection. A power display and an LED display screen are used for real-time monitoring of equipment operation.

Advantages
Unlimited Power: The track is powered in real-time, eliminating the need for charging and downtime, meeting the high frequency transport needs of the workshop 24/7.
Extreme Heat Resistance: Refractory material layers combined with insulation treatment are specifically designed for the "sauna" conditions of metallurgical work, offering wear resistance and durability.
Precise Lifting: Rigid chain technology avoids the leakage risks associated with traditional hydraulic systems, resulting in a more stable operating trajectory.
Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance: Laser sensor ensures automatic obstacle identification in complex workshop environments, reducing the accident rate.

Applications
The rail guided transfer cart is started via a ground control cabinet, transmitting power to the track. The operator drives the flatcar via remote control or a handle.
After the steel package is loaded, the system uses a rigid chain to lift the load to a predetermined height for cross-process docking. The LED screen provides real-time feedback on the current voltage and operating data. Even in high temperature radiation environments, its automatic obstacle avoidance function and emergency stop button provide comprehensive protection for on-site personnel.

Design Concept
In metallurgical workshops, high temperatures, dust, and molten steel splashes make equipment safety the top priority. This rail guided transfer cart uses a safe 36V voltage from the power supply head, completely eliminating the risk of high voltage electric shock.
Insulated wheels and rails prevent accidental contact between metal parts and the rails from causing short circuits. A rigid chain lifting mechanism solves the problem of transferring ladles between different height positions, ensuring a safe and labor-saving operating environment.
