RGV innovatively employing a dual-level design with upper and lower sub-vehicles, the integrated hydraulic lifting mechanism on the sub-vehicle enables autonomous mould loading/unloading. This perfectly addresses heavy mold transfer requirements in high temperature environments, delivering an efficient, eco-friendly, and safe flexible handling solution for enterprises.

The entire unit employs a fully welded cast steel structure. The lower base vehicle is powered by a battery-driven cast steel wheel system that travels along rails. The upper sub-vehicle can move laterally across the base trolley platform, utilising a hydraulic lifting mechanism with a 0-100mm stroke to achieve seamless, level-free mould loading and unloading.

A dual control system combining wireless remote operation and intelligent coding enables adjustment within a 50 meters range. A 7 inches LED display provides real-time monitoring of battery charge, fault codes, and operational status. The battery pack incorporates a portable charging station, meeting two-shift production demands while eliminating constraints imposed by traditional cable-based power supply.

In high temperature mold workshops, operators wirelessly command the mother vehicle to the mould storage area. The daughter vehicle traverses along the mother vehicle's rail to the docking position, where the hydraulic lifting mechanism automatically locks upon reaching the mold's base.

After selecting a pre-programmed transfer route, the system autonomously navigates obstacles via intelligent coding, with three colors warning lights indicating real-time operational status.

Upon reaching the destination, the sub-vehicle's hydraulic system lowers and traverses laterally to the production line, completing automatic mould unloading.

Automatic charging alerts activate when battery level falls below 20% (user-configurable), with portable charging stations enabling replenishment at any time. The entire process eliminates manual contact with high temperature materials.
