Application
Applicable Scenario:
Primarily used within production workshops for handling various materials (such as metal raw materials, semi-finished components) and molds (large injection molds, stamping molds, etc.). It is particularly suitable for frequent transfer of heavy loads between different process areas in the workshop.
Operational Procedure:
Turn on the rail transfer cart through the ground control cabinet and check for proper contact between the carbon brushes and the conductive posts.
Verify that the audible and visual warning lights are functioning properly and the emergency stop button is in the standby state.
Place the material or mold to be handled steadily on a 3500x2000x600mm table, ensuring the center of gravity is centered to avoid uneven loading. Monitor the cart's operating status during handling. If any abnormality is detected, immediately press the emergency stop button.
Upon reaching the target location, stop the machine. After the material or mold is unloaded, reset the machine and prepare for the next operation.
Precautions:
Regularly check the wear of the insulated wheels and the contact between the carbon brushes and the conductive posts, and replace worn parts promptly. Avoid overloading and ensure the table's load capacity does not exceed 60 Tons; Clear obstacles around the rail before operation to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
