This steerable transfer cart features a trackless design, eliminating the need for laid tracks and overcoming site limitations. It can flexibly move between tractor factory areas, production workshops, and loading areas, achieving seamless workpiece transfer.
The overall design fully considers the complexity of industrial environments. The platform size is customized to approximately 4000×1500×500mm. The large, flat platform can stably support various large tractor parts and structural components. Because it eliminates the need for tracks, it exhibits excellent adaptability and mobility on complex factory terrains.
Structure and Components
Cast Steel Assembly Frame: The main frame is constructed from high quality cast steel using an assembly process, resulting in extremely high structural strength.
Polyurethane Coated Wheels: This steerable transfer cart utilizing high pressure resistant polyurethane wheels, these wheels offer excellent wear resistance and grip, effectively protecting epoxy or concrete floors in the workshop from damage.
Intelligent Power System: Steerable transfer cart equipped with a large capacity battery and a portable charger. Thanks to an efficient energy management system, the cart theoretically has no time limit (through backup battery rotation), ensuring uninterrupted 24 hours production.
Multiple Safety Features: Integrated with a laser sensor, the steerable transfer cart automatically slows down and stops upon detecting obstacles; combined with audible and visual warning lights, an emergency stop button, and a battery level display, operators can monitor the cart's dynamics in real time, ensuring human-machine safety.

When the battery is low, it can be recharged during breaks using a portable charger.
