This battery powered RGV, with its unlimited operating time, eliminates the bottleneck of intermittent operation of traditional equipment and enables nearly continuous operation.
The frame is constructed of cast steel, providing excellent high temperature resistance and structural strength, making it suitable for the harsh environment of a workshop. Its platform measures approximately 2200 x 1200 x 700 mm and can be customized to ensure a perfect fit for various mold types.

Application
In the production workshop, molds are placed on a custom bracket on the RGV tabletop to ensure a secure position.

The RGV then transports the molds along the programmed route to the designated location.
During operation, audible and visual warning lights alert nearby personnel. A battery indicator and LED display keep the operator informed of the battery level and allow them to track the machine's operating status. In an emergency, pressing the emergency stop button quickly halts the machine.
