This steerable transfer cart features a modular design, with dimensions customizable to customer requirements. Measuring 6000mm × 2000mm × 750mm, it can maneuver flexibly even in relatively confined spaces. A single charge provides 8 hours of continuous operation, fully meeting all-weather production needs. Its rated speed is 0-20km/h, automatically adjusting according to load weight and operating environment to ensure safe and stable handling.
The cart is suitable for various industries including automotive manufacturing, construction machinery, shipbuilding, metallurgy, and chemicals, enabling point-to-point direct transport of heavy materials, effectively reducing intermediate transfer links and improving production logistics efficiency.

Structure and Components
Cast Steel Assembly Frame: The steerable transfer cart frame utilizes high-quality cast steel assembly and welding technology, undergoing rigorous stress relief treatment. It boasts exceptional overall rigidity and outstanding resistance to impact deformation, ensuring the vehicle body remains stable and undeformed even under a 30-ton full load.
Battery Pack and Portable Charger: Cart equipped with a large-capacity industrial battery, providing long-lasting power to fully meet the needs of continuous multi-shift operations. The standard intelligent portable charger features overcharge and short-circuit protection, offering plug-and-charge functionality and extremely low maintenance costs.
Polyurethane Coated Wheels: Both drive wheels and load-bearing wheels utilize highly wear resistant solid polyurethane (PU) tires. These wheels not only have strong load-bearing capacity but also excellent shock absorption, ensuring a smooth ride on concrete or epoxy floors without damaging the surface.
Power Display: A clearly visible, high-definition power meter is embedded in the vehicle body, dynamically displaying the current remaining power and operating voltage in real time, facilitating timely charging schedules for operators.
Laser Sensor Device: High-precision laser safety sensors are installed at the front and rear of the cart. During operation, once personnel or obstacles are detected within a set distance, the steerable transfer cart will automatically decelerate and stop, achieving intelligent collision avoidance.
Safety Assurance: A high-decibel audible and visual alarm flashes and sounds synchronously throughout vehicle operation, alerting nearby personnel to take evasive action. Red emergency stop buttons are easily accessible around the vehicle; in case of an emergency, the entire vehicle's power can be cut off with a single press, ensuring absolute safety.

Usage Instructions
Pre-operation Inspection: Before starting, observe the steerable transfer cart exterior for any obstructions and check the battery display to ensure sufficient power. Confirm that the laser radar sensor surface is clean and unobstructed.
Powering On: Turn on the power by turning the key switch and select the control mode (wired handle or wireless remote control).
Material Loading: Use a crane or other lifting equipment to smoothly lift the mold or heavy materials to the center of the transport cart platform, ensuring a stable center of gravity. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
Driving Control: Gently push the control lever to control the cart's forward, reverse, or steering. Actively slow down when passing through narrow workshop passages or turning.
Safe Parking: Upon reaching the destination, release the control lever; the steerable transfer cart will automatically and smoothly brake. After unloading materials, drive the vehicle into the designated parking area and turn off the power.
Charging Maintenance: When the battery level is low, connect the portable charger promptly. For extended periods of non-use, it is recommended to periodically recharge the battery to extend its lifespan.
