This transfer cart features a rail-guided operation design, equipped with a high capacity maintenance-free battery system capable of meeting high intensity continuous operation demands. The chassis is constructed from high strength cast steel as the base material, offering excellent resistance to high temperatures and deformation, ensuring stable operation in harsh workshop environments.
The platform measures approximately 2500*1500*500mm with a load capacity of 30 tons, meeting the transfer needs of the vast majority of heavy molds and workpieces. The device offers intuitive and convenient operation with an intelligent control interface, effectively lowering the operational skill threshold and enhancing work safety.

Application
Pre-startup Check: Before starting the equipment, confirm the battery level display shows sufficient charge (recommended remaining charge not below 30%). Check that the emergency stop button and audible/visual warning beacon are functional. Ensure cast steel wheels fit tightly with the rails without jamming or deviation.
Operation Procedure: The operator starts the equipment via wireless remote control. Control the equipment to move along the rails at a uniform speed according to mold transfer requirements. During transfer, monitor the status of the audible/visual warning beacon and prevent nearby personnel from approaching. To pause, press the emergency stop button or the pause key on the control panel.
Charging Instructions: When the battery level display shows charge below 10% (or the set threshold), promptly charge using the portable charger. Ensure the equipment is powered off during charging. After connecting the charger, confirm good contact. Disconnect the charger after charging is complete before restarting the equipment.
Routine Maintenance: Regularly inspect the wear condition of the cast steel wheels. Clean debris from the rails and wheels promptly. No additional maintenance is required for the battery; only periodically wipe the battery level display and keep the equipment clean.
Important Notes: The rail transfer cart is only suitable for mold transfer within production workshops. Overloading or use beyond its intended scope is prohibited. In high temperature environments, no additional protection is needed; the equipment can operate normally. In case of equipment malfunction, stop immediately, cut off the power, and contact professional personnel for repair. Unauthorized disassembly is strictly prohibited.
