Transfer cart powered by a high capacity battery, this product completely eliminates cable constraints, allowing for unrestricted movement within the factory area.
Its platform dimensions are approximately 3000*2200*1000mm, and optional features include a platform canopy and three-sided perforated guardrails, balancing material protection with operational visibility.

The tabletop is designed to meet the handling needs of cylindrical molds, equipped with a three-sided perforated guardrail to prevent the mold from slipping during transport and to reduce the tabletop's weight. A tabletop canopy is also added to effectively protect the mold and equipment components from dust and rain.
Accessories
Safety Protection: Laser dead man stop, audible and visual warning lights, and an emergency stop button constitute multiple active safety features.
Specialized Tooling: The V-block frame and hydraulic lifting device + hydraulic rod are specifically designed for handling cylindrical molds, enabling safe gripping and smooth lifting.
Flexible Movement: Cast steel wheels and a longitudinal and transverse wheel system give the equipment excellent wear resistance and flexible steering capabilities.
Application
When handling cylindrical molds and other goods in the factory area, first, place them on the customized tabletop according to their size and weight, and use the V-block and other fixing devices to ensure the stability of the goods. The operator then operates the equipment to move the RGV track to the target position for precise docking.
During operation, audible and visual warning lights will alert surrounding personnel to safety. In case of emergency, the emergency stop button can be pressed to halt the equipment.
During operation, operators can monitor the equipment's status and battery level in real time via the power display and LED screen. When the battery is low, the intelligent charging station will automatically recharge it.
