30 Tonne Coil Transfer Cart for Steel Pipe Factory
Unlike traditional flat-deck rail transfer carts, this equipment features a specialized deck design incorporating a dual V-shaped support structure for coils. Tailored to the specific outer diameter, width, and weight of the coils, this design ensures stable positioning within the fixture; by distributing the load across multiple contact points during transport, it effectively minimizes the risk of shifting or swaying. This enables safer and more stable transport for large steel, aluminum, and stainless steel coils, as well as other cylindrical loads. The vehicle utilizes a high-strength box-girder frame that offers superior load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation, maintaining structural integrity even during prolonged, fully loaded operation—thereby ensuring reliable support for continuous industrial production.

This series of rail transfer carts supports various power supply methods, allowing for selection based on the site's operating distance, track layout, and usage frequency—such as:
Battery power, suitable for inter-workshop transport and medium-to-long distances;
Low-voltage rail power, ideal for high-frequency, continuous operation;
Cable reel power, suited for fixed-route transport;
Conductor rail (busbar) power, meeting requirements for continuous, stable power supply.
Control options include handheld pendants, wireless remote controls, and intelligent integrated systems; these can be flexibly configured according to the required level of automation to achieve smarter, more efficient material handling.
Rail-mounted coil transfer carts are widely used in various heavy manufacturing enterprises for applications such as:
Transporting steel, aluminum, and stainless steel coils;
Logistics transfer within metal sheet processing workshops;
Material distribution for automated production lines;
Transfer between warehouses and production stations;
Handling large molds and cylindrical workpieces.
The equipment integrates seamlessly with large-scale coil handling systems, slitting lines, packaging lines, and automatic loading/unloading systems, helping enterprises establish more efficient internal logistics and transport networks.
As the level of industrial automation advances, customers are placing higher demands on rail-based material handling equipment. Evolving from basic transport functionality to a focus on safety, intelligence, automation, and customized design, we continuously optimize our product solutions based on specific on-site operating conditions. Beyond manufacturing standard rail transfer carts, we also design and upgrade handling vehicles with diverse functionalities tailored to various operational environments.
