The entire cart adopts a box girder frame structure, primarily constructed from cast steel, providing exceptional structural strength to easily handle frequent start-stop operations under a full 3 tons load.

Steering System: Customized longitudinal and transverse wheel system. Supports both lateral and longitudinal movement, allowing for flexible maneuvering in narrow track areas and achieving "micro-motion" precise docking.

Application
In the production workshop, this rail transfer cart is primarily used for transferring workpiece racks between two processes.
Operational Process: The worker starts the cart via the wireless remote control → The cart moves beneath the workpiece rack to be transferred → Utilizing the central deck raised section, it automatically aligns with the rack's bottom groove → The automatic loading mechanism lifts the rack → The operator, holding the remote control, follows the cart to the target workstation → After precise positioning, the rack is unloaded.
Operational Adaptability: Even after 8 hours of continuous operation in a high temperature environment, the wheels and frame show no thermal deformation. When power is low, it can be quickly replenished during production breaks using the intelligent charger without affecting the day's production schedule.
