Product Introduction
The 2.5 tons lifting AGV is equipped with a scissor-type lifting mechanism on its platform, allowing a maximum extension of 100mm. To ensure operational safety, the vehicle is also fitted with a laser dead man’s switch, emergency stop buttons, and audible and visual warning lights. Multi-directional real-time monitoring further enhances safety in the working environment.
Additionally, due to the vehicle’s relatively low ground clearance, protective safety bumpers are installed on all four sides to prevent collisions with external objects and minimize material loss caused by impact or abrasion. Upon contact with any obstacle, the vehicle immediately brakes, effectively reducing collisions and wear.

Its compact design allows for single-vehicle operation or integration into an intelligent coding control system for multi-vehicle coordination, enabling the handling of materials of varying sizes and volumes.
Flexible Maneuverability: Equipped with mecanum wheels, the vehicle can rotate 360° in place. Through wireless remote control, operators can execute commands such as forward,reverse movement, speed adjustment, and flexible route modifications to meet the needs of different production line layouts.
Application
In production workshops, operators can move the AGV to target positions via wireless remote control. Upon arrival, the platform height can be adjusted to load molds, materials, etc. After ensuring stable gravity distribution, transportation commands are issued via remote control to relocate the vehicle. At the destination, platform height is readjusted for unloading. This process can be repeated cyclically.
During operation, the laser dead man’s switch monitors an approximately 120° area within a 5 meters range. When detected objects are 3 to 5 meters away, the vehicle gradually decelerates. If objects are detected within 0 to 3 meters, the AGV performs an emergency stop to ensure the safety of both materials and the production environment.
