Working Principle
The transfer cart is powered by a maintenance-free battery, which is environmentally friendly and efficient. With the help of PLC coding control, the operation of the cart can be precisely manipulated. On the rails, through the steering wheel wheels that can rotate 360 degrees, it can freely switch between vertical and horizontal rails and flexibly change the traveling direction. When handling goods, two hydraulic lifting platforms with a triangular fixed structure are used to support the goods from the hollow concave structure at the rear of the transfer cart. After reaching the destination, the hydraulic lifting mechanism clamps onto the protrusions on the goods to achieve precise loading and unloading.

Practical Applications
01 Mold Loading and Unloading:
The transfer cart drives under the mold. The hydraulic lifting platform (with a triangular fixed structure) rises and clamps onto the protruding parts of the mold to ensure a stable grip. The hollow concave structure at the rear is used to support the mold.
02 Moving along Vertical and Horizontal Rails:
The PLC coding control system precisely schedules the operation. Combined with the 360° rotating steering wheel, it can switch between horizontal and vertical rails and flexibly adjust the traveling direction.
03 Precise Unloading:
After reaching the target position, the hydraulic platform slowly rises and releases the mold steadily. The audible and visual alarm lights provide warnings throughout the process to ensure safety.
