This trackless automated guided vehicle AGV has a rated load capacity of 0.3 tons and a platform size of approximately 1400*800*900mm. It adopts a continuous lithium battery power supply design, enabling continuous operation without time restrictions.
The AGV possesses the dual advantages of "trackless operation and precise docking," allowing it to flexibly navigate complex workshop paths and achieve millimeter-level docking accuracy with production equipment and storage areas.

Operation and Display System: Features a battery level display and an LED display screen, showing real-time battery level, operating status, and fault information; supports wireless remote control and handle operation, allowing operators to precisely control start, stop, speed, and steering within a 10-meter range.
Safety Protection System: Integrates audible and visual warning lights (e.g., red for emergency stop/yellow for operation/green for readiness), a physical emergency stop button, and a platform guardrail. When the equipment encounters an obstacle or abnormal situation, it can instantly trigger emergency braking to ensure the safety of personnel and materials.
Hydraulic Lifting Platform: The platform height can be adjusted from 900-2500mm via a hydraulic system, adapting to production equipment and shelves of different heights. Combined with the platform guardrail, it ensures no risk of material slippage during material transfer.
